The answer is simple and we have the solution.  Pain is our body's way to get our attention, giving us a message. 

By OBSERVING the way you stand, the way you move and the way you walk; We can decode the message your body is signaling and we can resolve the root cause of your pain. 

Putting together corrective movements in a specific order, will remind our bodies how to move in a way that doesn't hurt. 

Getting down to the source of the pain, returns the body to proper alignment, function and balance.
