The Journey to Living a Pain-Free Life: The Birth of Pain Free At Sea
In 2001, I struggled with chronic back pain for over a decade, trying everything from Therapy Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage to medication with no lasting relief.
In 2012, I discovered the Egoscue Method, which finally gave me long-term freedom from pain and improved my quality of life.
Inspired by my transformation, I became certified to help others and founded Pain Free At Sea. We offer posture therapy sessions and equipment to help everyone live a pain-free life.

A Florida native and devoted mother of three adults and passionately dedicated to helping others achieve a pain-free life.
