Individual Session
We take pictures of you from the front, back and sides. Ideally with light color clothing, so the pictures can show the position of the joints and spine better (Posture Photos and Assessment).
We film you walking (Gait Analysis).
We evaluate the way you function and compensate doing some movements (Functional Testing).
We explain everything I see on your pictures, gait and functional testing and teach you where the root cause of your pain is and how it relates to your symptom, where it hurts.
We will set realistic short and long term goals and we will work together to reach them.
We create a routine or Menu/Routine of Corrective Exercises specific for your needs and limitations. We do them together as I explain what each exercise does and how it will relate to the positive changes to your body.
You get to take One Menu of Exercises which has photos, explanations, notes and a video of each exercise.
