Sixth Session
2-3 weeks after fifth session
We will talk about your experience doing the menu/routine of exercises and about the realistic set of goals you chose on our first session.
We will evaluate the success and small victories reached and how much your body has change and how close you are getting to reaching your short term goals.
I take new posture photos and film you walking.
I will re-evaluate your posture and compare the before and after changes from the first menu/routine of exercises and share it with you.
I will create a new menu for you from your more align and balance posture putting emphasis on the short and long term goals.
We will do the routine/menu of exercises together.
I will give you a new menu/routine with photos, explanations and a video of each exercise and you will be able to download it to your mobile phone.
I will answer all your questions and concerns.
We will set up your next appointment.
Session 7
2 weeks after the sixth session
We will talk about your experience doing the menu/routine of exercises.
I will take new posture photos and film you walking.
I will re-evaluate your posture and compare the before and after progress and changes in your body and share it with you.
We will evaluate the success and small victories reached and how much your body has change and how close you are getting to reaching your short term goals.
I will answer your questions and concerns.
You will execute your routine/menu of exercises and while doing it you can give me feedback on how you have been doing them, where do you feel them, level of challenge, if you cannot do or dislike any exercise.
I will make any changes necessary to fine-tune or adjust it better to your needs.
We will set up your next appointment.
Session 8 - 75 minutes
2 weeks after the seventh session
We will talk about your experience doing your routine of exercises and about the realistic set of goals you chose on our first session.
We will evaluate the success and small victories reached and how much your body has change and how close you are getting to reaching your short and long term goals.
I take new posture photos and film you walking.
I will re-evaluate your posture and compare the before and after changes from the first menu/routine of exercises and share it with you.
I will create a new menu for you from your more align and balance posture putting emphasis on the short and long term goals.
We will do the routine/menu of exercises together.
I will give you a new menu/routine with photos, explanations and a video of each exercise and you will be able to download it to your mobile phone.
I will answer all your questions and concerns.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This is our last session of the 8th session package. By the end of this session you will be left with 5 different routines/menus of exercises created for your specific needs and limitations which you will be able to do every day with confidence on your own and alternate them every month. After you finish them all, you can start all over or you can call me and we can create a new routine.
I will be in contact with you monthly to check how you are doing.
The routine of exercises will keep on changing as your posture changes.
If your pain is completely gone, you can start doing the activities you loved and used to do before you had pain, but make sure you do your posture routine before so you can be straight for your next activity.
